Records & Attendees
Open a finished record, register attendees and download the consultation report.

Open the meeting record
Every interpretation and meeting record lives on the anessAI dashboard.
- 1Click [Meeting Records] in the left sidebar.
- 2Select the record you want to open.
- 3Use the icons at the top right to download or print.
- 4Check the registered attendees.

Add an attendee
Select a meeting record, then click [Add Attendee].
- 1Click the meeting record you want to work on
- 2Click the [View Attendees] icon at the top right
- 3Click [Add Attendee] in the attendee panel

Enter the attendee details
Fill in the attendee (buyer) details, then click [Add].
- 1Under Type, select [Buyer]
- 2Company Name and Contact Person (* required)
- 3Click [Add]
123NotePosition, Email, Mobile, Country, Products of Interest and Deal Value are optional.

Download the report and the transcript
The five icons at the top right of the record hand it over as a file, or print it.
- 1[Download raw data] — the full original and translated transcript as a file.
- 2[Download consultation report] — the attendee (buyer) details plus a scored read on deal likelihood, purchasing power and reliability.
- 3[Print report] — print the summary report or save it as a PDF.
- 4[View attendees] — see who is registered and add more. It opens the panel on the right.
- 5[Add memo] — jot down anything the interpretation did not capture.

NoteA consultation report with no buyer details means the attendee was never registered.
Add them under (4) [View attendees] above first.
