Hello, this is TEAM XEROCODE 🙂
Virtual export consultations connecting Korean companies with overseas buyers are happening everywhere. Today we follow an organiser through their day and lay out, step by step, how anessNote keeps things running from preparation to the post-event report. If you have a session coming up, just follow this flow 👇
Half of the preparation is terminology. If a participant’s product names, industry jargon or English acronyms come out wrong, trust in the consultation slips. The day before, the organiser fills in a custom glossary using the material received from the participating companies.
For the full steps on video interpretation setup and glossary building, see the guides below 😊
When it is time to start, interpretation begins the moment you invite the anessNote bot into the video call already in progress. Neither the participating company nor the buyer has to install anything, so the consultation runs smoothly.
How to run video interpretation and check your remaining time (Settings)
Once a consultation ends there are two things to collect: the raw transcript to share with the participating company, and the decision material the organiser keeps internally. anessNote separates the two.
How to download raw data and read the deep-dive report
Client details (participating companies and buyers) registered during a consultation pile up automatically under [Client Management] on the aness dashboard. It doesn’t end with one event — the more consultations you run, the more your own buyer database grows.
How to register clients and read the reports
From glossary building to live interpretation, the transcript you share with participants and the decision material you keep internally — the whole operation runs on anessNote.
